“I took my wife’s Black Acura RDX here after having it detailed at a different establishment in Vancouver. When I got it back from the other business (after paying for premium interior/exterior) the interior surfaces were greasy and there was this awful sickening chemical smell. The exterior paint had been waxed but clearly not with even a mildly abrasive compound to address the most basic surface scratches. Jason Miles was recommended to me by friends with some higher end cars. His prices are reasonable and service was top notch. He completely re-detailed the vehicle and got the smell out. Treated the interior with an ozone treatment. The surfaces are like new and not greasy. The leather treatment was also miles above. He actually buffed out with the right product and got every surface scratch out that you can without paint repair or repainting. The interior smells like new. I will never go anywhere else again.”
“We have gone to Jason from Detail by Miles twice with two different cars.
Mold remediation. Extreme sensitivity to molds. The mold was on the carpets and speckled throughout the interior. We had the car towed there and Jason took care of the car from there. Jason is prompt, thorough and has effective work ethic. He gave the inside a full detailing. It felt like new and we felt safe driving it. No issues with mold since then.
Water leak for the second car. "Leak" being an understatement! The passenger side was flooded. Windshield cowl was completley clogged and several gallons of rain water got inside car via fresh air intake. He explained this to me and let me know what he was going to do. Sent me some pictures as well. I noticed he polished my headlights which were really foggy. My car looks and smells like new inside. I appreciate his work and feel relieved having Detail by Miles as my "go to" while living in Portland. Thanks Jason Miles :)”

“Jason did a two step paint correction on my 2011 Cavalry blue FJ Cruiser. The previous owner buffed it and swirled the entire car. The roof was so oxidized it felt like sand paper. I had trail marks on all panels from branches scraping along side on the narrow parts of trails.
I called around to every shop that offers two stage paint correction in the Portland Metro area and Jason Miles by far was the right choice. Other companies could not give me the confidence in their ability to do the job correctly even after bringing the truck by. When I met Jason I could tell he is a person that cares about what he is doing. He took his time ( I stated I did not need the truck back quickly and want the job done right) and he really put the time and effort needed for this job. He removed my rear mounted spare tire and rear wiper so he could clean and detail the paint behind the wheel and bracket. He filled in all of my paint chips with a factory paint pen and did a graphene coating as well. No other company could even come close to Jason's price and his personal attention to detail is another reason to go to a local run business.
